Modern versions of traditional designs, incorporating metalic shades identified our very special Millenium collection!

Stunning in silver and duckegg blue, this spring combination of Bridal and Bridesmaid gowns give traditional styles a modern twist.

A slim fitting ivory satin skirt and metallic gold damask bodice are enhanced by the use of metallic gold organza in the ruched, bustle train.

One of the Elizabeth Smith off the peg range, 'Gwenevere' has proved very popular. Made of beaded dupion silk and ivory shantung this combination of lace up bodice and straight skirt is both modern and elegant with a hint of the historical.

Our best selling Wedding gown from this range now held over into the autumn collection. The 'ISIS' gown combines the use of watermark organza with ice blue damask. Small spaghetti straps,straps, anan open laced back and our unique sleeves give this gown loads of 'WOW' factor. A simple empire line Bridesmaids gown in ivory crepe and a silver stole gives a smart modern look.

Autumn 1999: Venue. Haseley Manor, Arreton, I.o.W.

The theme for this collection was 'Old meets New'. A blend of historic and modern influences.

( Above left ) This gown is one of our most popular styles. A coffee undergown of shantung silk with an ivory over gown of damask. This gown is laced up at the front and buttoned at the back. The heavy cotton velvet cape is available in a range of colours with or without the hood.

( Above right ) Fiona wears our lovely 'Sylvina' gown, a modern medieval style in natural ivory double crepe-de-chine with embroidered Austrian georgette fitted under sleeves and chiffon 'Bullen' over-sleeves. The Sylvina gown features buttons which extend down the back seam to the train end. One of our best selling styles.

( Left ) The 'Rosebud' Gown: A Channel-boned bodice in silk jacquard with double georgette 'A' line sweeping skirt. The' Napoleon 'sleeves are of silk chiffon and are detachable. The bodice is laced at the back and the ends of the ribbon ties are finished with small crystals. This gown style has been produced both with and without the over shoulder ties.

Our 'Lianna' gown ( Right ) is an Edwardian style bodice and A-line skirt. Designed in ivory and champagne English embroidered silk for the bodice and Irish plain silk for the skirt. This style of gown features an inset piece of the bodice material to the end of the train and fabric roses as a trim to the off the shoulder sleeves.
